Rafat O. Abdulraheem Sani is a Principal Technologist in the Department of Food Engineering, University of Ilorin. She has B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology and she is a professional member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST). Her research interest is in the area of food processing.
