Food Engineering

Abiola Lydia ADEPOJU is a Lecturer I in the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Ilorin. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering (Food Engineering option). She is a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a member of other national and international professional bodies. She is currently the staff adviser to the National Association of Food Engineering Students (NAFES), University of Ilorin chapter. Her research interests revolve around postharvest processing of biomaterials, drying technology and food engineering. She has published some research articles in both local and international journals.
