Duniya Israel P. is a senior technologist with the department of food engineering in the faculty of Engineering and technology university of Ilorin. Operator: Universal testing machine and student instructor on laboratory practical. Duniya has built a motorized kneading machine for the production of Shea butter as his research focus during his masters in Engineering program. He is currently working on design and development of motorized screw press for the extraction of Shea butter.
