Food Engineering

Musliu Olushola SUNMONU, is a Professor in the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Ilorin. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Unilorin Renewable Energy Centre. He has served as Head of the Department and coordinator of PG, COBES, SWEPS, and CODET. His research interests cover Food packaging, processing, and storage. He has to his credit over 70 publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings, and chapters in books. He has successfully supervised over 20 Masters dissertations and 4 Ph.D. theses. He has equally won some research grants. Dr. Sunmonu is a member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
